I miss my days when I was in the University studying agriculture and animal husbandry. We, my classmates learned a lot about the course and one is the animal husbandry subject, aside from attending 3 hours classes every week we also had to do experiments and worked on the field with the animals as part of the study. We did the cleanings of the barn, de-worming, castration and milking cows to food processing.

The most challenging was we had an opportunity to wrestle cows, cowboy stunts and those are graded. In the farm laboratory we did the things based on our exercises guide with little supervision by our Professors, grades were based on the experiment results if we mess-up, that reflects to our grades. We became familiar and learned the basics of animal handling and management from chicks brooding house to the cattle supplies. I never experienced the happy High School life but I cherished my College and University life due to field work and hands-on experiments we have developed a bonding from one student to another.
