Summer sales are off the hanger now and fall season is still around. There are sales and bargains all over the town for the holiday's gift giving especially Christmas and the usual inventory sales. So, is this the right time to splurge for off season clothes? It could be the right time, if you have extra cash to spend. This is how I shop, right after the season end and Boxing Day. Good deals are my friend when shopping is the theme. Most of my tot and hubby’s winter clothes for this coming winter were purchased last year in spring. Yes, you may wait for awhile to enjoy the purchased but it’s worth the wait. It’s one of my ways to save money, especially when you are in a tight budget.
